June 2010 LATEST NEWS For Gluten Free Diets We now have a range of Gluten Free Cakes which are proving popular not only with celiacs but all our customers as they are delicious. This has been a very positive step for the business and opened the door to new customers. Because we cook and prepare our own food, we know exactly what goes into each product including the soups. Therefore our customers can feel confident that their will be no nasty surprises on the allergy front. Also the staff have been trained that if they are asked the ingredients in any particular product and they don't know, then they are to say so. We realise it is better to be honest and maybe lose a customer than to risk an allergic reaction. Norwich in Bloom Prizes

This consists of two pieces of bacon, a sausage, mushrooms, scrambled egg and toast with a cup of tea or coffee for an all inclusive price of £4.95. Free Range We are now using free range eggs in all our recipes, cakes, omelettes, all day breakfasts etc. Evening News Feature The cafe was featured in an article on good independent cafes in the Norwich Evening News. Baby Changing Facilities Installed We now have a baby changing table installed in the toilet for the convenience of the not inconsiderable number of mums with toddlers who visit us. We hope this will help to attract more mums and their youngsters to the cafe and will be a bonus for our "regular mums."
