Chez Denis Guest House and Restaurant at 76
Dereham Road, Norwich, has developed an exclusive line in Creole
Hot and Spiced Sauces which are also now on sale at Cafe Morello.
The sauces are specially put together by proprietor Denis
Rosembert from authentic recipes produced by his grandmother in St
Lucia. Now on sale is a Creole Barbecue Sauce at £3, a Creole hot
pepper sauce at £6 and a Creole jerk seasoning at £6 (or all
