Customer feedback is vital in helping us to maintain our high standards of service. Below are just some of the comments made by our customers.

Mr. Peter Millichamp of Gorleston called in with his wife and they were kind enough to make the following comments:-

“ We were so pleased to find some Gluten free options & whilst talking to the staff, found that you make your own bread & baked goods, my wife was very impressed with the G.F. toasted sandwich & fruit cake, which she thought could even be eaten like a tea loaf with butter. We applaud you for your efforts in accommodating G.F. requirements..........”

Steven’s note: We are very pleased to offer these alternatives as there seem to be an increasing number of customers who have a food intolerance. We love it when we can tell our customers that they are not just stuck with a jacket potato and an uninteresting plain biscuit. We love the look of surprise and pleasure on their faces and it's great for us when they say they will certainly tell their friends. We are learning so much about the Celiac condition and so all of us in Cafe Morello are aware of the problems and as we do all the cooking ‘in house’ we know what goes into all our menu items. For instance, we grate our own cheese so know it is not tossed in flour. The recipe for each soup we sell is held on the premises so we can be assured that everyone knows when flour has been used. The recent introduction of G.F. bread has opened up most of our menu to Celiacs and has been a resounding success.
